Limitation of liability for internal content

The content of our website has been compiled with meticulous care and to the best of our knowledge. However, we cannot assume any liability for the up-to-dateness, completeness or accuracy of any of the pages.

Pursuant to section 7, para. 1 of the TMG (Telemediengesetz – Tele Media Act by German law), we as service providers are liable for our own content on these pages in accordance with general laws. However, pursuant to sections 8 to 10 of the TMG, we as service providers are not under obligation to monitor external information provided or stored on our website. Once we have become aware of a specific infringement of the law, we will immediately remove the content in question. Any liability concerning this matter can only be assumed from the point in time at which the infringement becomes known to us.

Limitation of liability for external links

Our website contains links to the websites of third parties (“external links”). As the content of these websites is not under our control, we cannot assume any liability for such external content. In all cases, the provider of information of the linked websites is liable for the content and accuracy of the information provided. At the point in time when the links were placed, no infringements of the law were recognisable to us. Data protection

A visit to our website can result in the storage on our server of information about the access (date, time, page accessed). This does not represent any analysis of personal data (e.g., name, address or e-mail address). If personal data are collected, this only occurs – to the extent possible – with the prior consent of the user of the website. We will not share your personal data with anyone outside Real Dream Estate of companies other than in accordance with the law and as stated in this Policy. Each of the countries in which we operate has different privacy laws. Our Privacy Policy will reflect those.  We may from time to time however need to disclose your personal data to certain third parties.

Anti-Money Laundering and Regulatory Authorities

We may need to retain and disclose certain information about you to regulatory authorities and to appropriate agencies to conduct anti-money laundering and trade sanction checks and to assist with fraud prevention, in particular, in compliance with our AML obligations and in relation to trade sanctions. We will disclose this information as is required by law.

Agents or Contractors of Real Dream Estates

From time to time, however, we may need to disclose certain personal information to our agents, sales associates and/or officers of designated affiliates of Real Dreams Estates or to contractors of Real Dreams Estates in order to enable us to communicate with you or to customize the Website to better serve you. Where we do so it will be on the basis that these persons are required to keep the information confidential and secure, and will not use the information for any other purpose than to carry out the services they are performing for Real Dreams Estates.

Credit Agencies

We may need to disclose certain personal information about you to credit agencies to conduct appropriate checks when you are transacting with us.

You have the legal right to a copy of the information, which we hold about you, including information on how this will be used and to ensure this information is accurate. In order to provide you with timely notice regarding new real property offered for sale, Real Dreams Estates may send you email notices. To facilitate this service, we may note some of the pages you visit on our website.

The Real Dreams sites contain links to other Websites, which are not operated by us.  The information you provide to us will not be transmitted to other websites.
